Ch Shujat Elahi contacted the court for the family house Zahoor Elahi House in Gujrat. He alleged that Pervaiz Elahi wants to evict him from 5 kanal and 17 Marla family house. The court has missed subpoena to Pervaiz Elahi, Qaisra Pervaiz, Sameer Elahi and Kishwar Sultana.
